Choosing the Most Cost-Effective Wedding Date

At Journeys Venue, our ALL INCLUSIVE pricing is designed to remain simple and transparent:

Fixed Rate Per Person: We have one price per head throughout the year.
Annual Adjustment: Prices increase slightly each year (currently about R50 per person per year).
Rates: 2025 - R 650 pp / 2026 - R 700 pp / 2027 - R 750 pp / 2028 - R 800 pp

Minimum Guest Requirements

To keep our venue sustainable, we have minimum guest numbers per function:

Min guests
40 pax	Jananuary & February / May to August
60 pax	March & April:
80 pax	September to December

Booking Below the Minimum guest numbers per function:
Adjustment: An additional R50 per person applies for every 10 guests fewer than the required minimum.
